Most likely it’s not your fault. You haven’t broken the internet.
Chances are, the page you’re looking for has changed URLs. Simply use one of the many links at the top of every page to browse the site.
No luck? Maybe the page doesn’t exist. At least not yet. Or at least not here.
Maybe I changed the title. Maybe I simply zigged when I should have zagged. Maybe the page isn’t quite ready for prime time.
But most likely, you’re clicking on a link to the old site that simply needs to be updated and hasn’t migrated here yet. It’s been a long process, transferring (and updating) close to 4000 pages to our new location. Even now there are still some strays waiting to be rounded up, and some links I’ve missed updating. But rest assured, we’re working on it. And hopefully, the search engines and other people’s sites will begin to catch up as well.
In the mean time, if you still haven’t found what you’re looking for, don’t be a Bono. You could try using our search links that should be somewhere on every page.

Drop me a line or fill out the comment section below, to grease the wheels. Let me know what page you were on, and which link you were following, and I’ll move it to the top of my To Do list. Usually takes a few hours. Or a few days. Please don’t expect a personal reply to comments left on this page–that way would lead to madness (on my part). But rest assured I read every one, and act on it as quickly as possible.
Please be patient. And hold on to your ticket stub, just in case.
Same goes for errors, typos and other mistakes. Let us know, and we’ll take care of it. Just not instantly… some of us work for a living.
