But it turns into more of a homecoming than he expected, in the self-published series debut Waiting for the Turk (2019), when he’s hired by a local big shot to help out his “asshole” son, who’s been arrested for the murder of a woman whose body was found in the trunk of her car.
And more are on the way, according to the author. “I have a couple in the works,” her says. “The next Harry is set in Barton, Vermont.”
Russell DuPont is the author of four novels, including King & Train, and a couple of hand-made books, Up In Wisconsin: Travels With Kinsley, and There Is No Dam Now At Richford, as well as two volumes of poetry. He’s also a photographer, painter and printmaker whose works have been widely exhibited and are in public and private collections, including The Boston Public Library; Brigham and Women’s Hospital; and The Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
